I'm a qualified Prince 2 (project management) practitioner and also an IT support professional, with many years' experience in all flavours of Microsoft operating systems and an expert in Microsoft Office, many Macromedia products and a few other kinds of software. I'm a Novell Netware CNA (4.x), have an ITIL Foundation Certificate and also hold SC security clearance.

I'm an experienced trainer with a particular interest in teaching basic web design skills and also helping the frankly terrified get to grips with the internet. As an expert user of every version of MS Office up to Office XP, I'm also happy to arrange training for individuals or groups.
